Which brokers are supported?
Any broker using MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 is supported via HTML report imports. You can also log trades manually for any asset.
Is my trading data secure?
Yes. We use bank-grade encryption and follow GDPR standards to ensure your personal and operational information is protected at all times.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from the Billing section in your account settings. You will have access until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day warranty period. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund 100% of your money, no questions asked.
When are my referral points credited?
Points for your purchases or those of your referred guests appear as "Pending" immediately. To ensure transparency and cover the warranty period, points are released to your available balance after 16 days.
