We offer paid subscription plans. At DailyTradify, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund, please contact us at soporte@dailytradify.com.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dailytradify and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
Trading involves significant risk. Dailytradify is a recording and analysis tool, not a financial advisory service. We are not responsible for financial losses incurred in your trading.
6. Privacy and Analytics
We use PostHog as first-party analytics through an internal reverse proxy. We connect user profiles (including Name and Email provided upon registration) strictly for product improvement and user experience purposes. This data is never sold to third parties.
